Heidelberg Materials invest a further EUR65m in French calcined clay project16 May 2023, Published under Cement NewsFollowing this week's 'Choose France summit', Heidelberg Materials has announced the investment of EUR65m to accelerate the decarbonisation of its Bussac-Forê t cement plant in the west of France. The plant will be expanded to include a facility to produce calcined clay, which can replace parts of the CO₂-intensive clinker in the cement.
